A fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and founder partner of the firm, he has extensive experience with domestic and international clients. He specializes in Statutory, Bank, Concurrent, Stock, Forensic, and Revenue Audits, as well as Corporate Advisory and business development. With 12+ years of expertise in Direct and Indirect Taxation, Debt Syndication, Working Capital Management, lending norms of financial institutions, project financing, feasibility reports, fund management, and overseas ventures, he brings comprehensive knowledge to the firm.
Co-Founder
An associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, has been practicing since her qualification and holds a B.Com from Delhi University. She has rich experience in Accounting system implementation, ROC Work, GST Assignments, and has successfully conducted Internal Audits of large companies, Tax Audits, Statutory Audits, and Bank Audits. Additionally, she serves as a Manager at Udayan Care, an NGO for Child Rights in India.
Co-Founder
A fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a commerce graduate, she is among the firm's founding partners. Since starting her service as a Chartered Accountant in January 2015 with Anant Raj Projects Limited, she has gained extensive experience in Financial Management, Corporate Audits, Direct and Indirect Taxation, Assurance, and Business Development. She also serves as an Examiner for the Institute of Cost Accounting Management of India and works as an Assistant Manager at PDIL, a Public Sector Undertaking.
